Splatter Studio Policies — What to Know Before You Book

We’re all about making art fun, messy, and unforgettable. Below is everything you need to know to get the most out of your Splatter experience — from kid-friendly hours to what happens if you're running late.

At Splatter Studio, we’re all about fun, freedom, and vibrant creativity—but a little structure keeps the chaos running smoothly! Before you gear up and dive into the paint, check out our key policies around age guidelines, bookings, walk-ins, rescheduling, and private events. Whether you're visiting our Atlanta, Atlanta Perimeter, or Santa Monica studios, knowing the rules means you can focus on what matters: throwing paint and making unforgettable memories.

Age Guidelines & Studio Access

Atlanta Studio & Atlanta Perimeter welcomes kids ages 6 and up every day before 5 PM, After 5 PM our studios become 18+ because adults need playtime too! Los Angeles Studio is exclusively for adults 21+, with no exceptions. Planning a private event outside kid-friendly hours? A full studio rental is required for groups with guests under 21, and all age policies still apply.

Booking, Walk-ins & Payments

You can reserve your session online anytime or call your local studio during business hours.

Walk-ins are welcome based on availability, but booking ahead is the best way to guarantee your time.
At Virginia Highland, walk-ins are accepted Friday–Sunday, and online reservations close nightly at 11:59 PM.

Payment is required in full when you book. If you’re adding guests later, reach out to the studio to confirm space and complete payment before your session.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

All bookings are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule a regular session, you can do so for free as long as you give us at least 1 hour notice. No-shows are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.

For private events and parties:

• 30+ days out: 75% refund or reschedule for free.

• Less than 30 days: No refunds; reschedule for a 25% fee.

• No-shows: No refunds or reschedules.

Running Late?

We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to check in and suit up.
If you're 10+ minutes late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying other guests.
If you're 45+ minutes late, your session is considered a no-show and forfeited.

Food, Drinks & Alcohol

Food policies vary by location — feel free to contact your studio for specifics.

• Sandy Springs & Los Angeles sell beer and wine.

• Atlanta allows non-alcoholic beverages only — no alcohol is sold on site. No outside alcohol is permitted, but private events can coordinate beer/wine with the studio team in advance.

 

Waivers & Supervision

Every guest must sign a waiver before participating. For minors, a parent or guardian must sign on their behalf.
Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult who stays on the studio floor during the experience.

 

Studio Capacity & Private Bookings

We offer private experiences and custom parties! Capacity varies by location and session type, so contact your studio to plan the perfect event.
