Reservations Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
For all offerings excluding Party Options.

- Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of your reservation receive a full refund. Online service fees are non refundable.
- Changes to guest count made 7 days or more in advance receive a refund for the price per guest reduced.
- Rescheduling 7 days or more in advance of your reservation is free of charge.

- Cancellations made less than 7 days, but more than 48 hours in advance of your reservation receive a 75% refund. Online service fees are non refundable.
- Changes to guest count made less than 7 days, but more than 48 hours in advance receive a 75% refund for the price per guest reduced.
- Rescheduling less than 7 days, but more than 48 hours in advance of your reservation is available at a fee of 25% of the total.

- Cancellations made 48 hours or less in advance of your reservation will receive a 50% refund.
- Changes to guest count made 48 hours or less in advance of your reservation are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Rescheduling 48 hours or less in advance of your reservation is an option for a 50% fee of the total booking. You’ll need to be ready to rebook the reservation, so please have a few dates and times in mind when calling to rebook within 48 hours of your reservation!

If your whole party or an individual guest in a party do not show up to their reservation, they will not receive a refund and do not have the option to reschedule. Calling in within 3 hours of the reservation or after the fact are considered no shows.

- Rescheduling less than 4 weeks, but 2 weeks or more in advance of your reservation is available and free of charge.

Once you have rescheduled your reservation, you are no longer subject to a refund if you cancel your rescheduled time.
This policy is in place because we are primarily by appointment and we staff each business day based on booking reservations. We mix paint, set up stations and prepare the studio in advance for each guest’s arrival. Please understand that last minute cancellations and changes are a deficit to us as a small local business and to our team of local artists. We cannot afford to make exceptions to our policy.
